Home Improvement Products Spotlighted at National Hardware Show

If you’re a do-it-yourselfer, you’ll want to watch for new offerings at your local hardware store, following the National Hardware Show, May 8-10, 2018. This is the place where home improvement products are selected by independent hardware store owners. In fact, 83% of attendees say new products are the PRIMARY reason they attend the event.

Greg and Betsy Amundson will be there, in booth #5409, introducing attendees to InstaTrim®, their flexible trim product with patented, self-centering wings to assure uniform positioning on any surface.

A top seller on Amazon.com, this caulking alternative requires no special tools. You simply peel and stick. The odorless adhesive remains intact with no curing time necessary and its long-lasting, professional finish is durable and low maintenance. Walmart.com has also picked up the product and sales are growing as homeowners discover multiple uses in kitchens and baths and on baseboards, floors, windows, doors, ceilings and wall corners.

According to Family Handyman Magazine, dream kitchens for growing families are one of the hottest remodeling trends this year because people are choosing to spend more time at home. DIYers are using InstaTrim to seal backsplashes and countertops and keep food from getting between countertops and stoves. And because it comes in six colors, it’s easy to find a good match.

CornerFlex, Inc., the company behind InstaTrim, is family owned and operated out of Scandia, MN. The Amundson’s donate their product to Operation Honor, a non-profit organization that hires veterans to hand-craft burial and retirement flag cases for veteran cemeteries across the nation. InstaTrim is used to finish the flag cases. Greg Amundson also mentors entrepreneurial military veterans, helping them get products to market.

CornerFlex is proud to introduce InstaTrim to hardware store retailers at the National Hardware Show. For nearly 75 years, this event has served the hardware and home improvement industry.
